The Paulo Cabernet Sauvignon is our finest Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) blended with our finest Merlot (10%). It's aged in our best French Oak barrels for one year and in our best American oak barrels the second year. Our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard is now 24 years old and produces intense varietal flavors. Aromas of dark berry and plum flavors with rich vanilla tones.
